1. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone to download the "Jiaoguan 12123" App.

2. Click "Register" at the lower right corner of the page.

3. Choose your identity document type ("F - Foreign Identity Document", "G - Diplomatic Identity Document" or "I - Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card"), enter the ID number, mobile phone number and any other information required.

4. After registering, click the button on the top of the main page of the app (as shown in the screenshot below) to register the information of your motor vehicle and driving license.
